OPanel, due to its business model, provides a B2B (Business-to-Business) licensing infrastructure. The collected personal data shows differences in scope between Resellers (Corporate Account Holders) who are our direct partners and End Users to whom licenses are assigned through these Resellers.

1. Information Collected from Our Resellers:

Corporate and personal data collected when creating a reseller registration in the system or purchasing bulk licenses:

(1) Identity and Contact Information: Reseller representative's Name-Surname, Corporate Email address, Phone number.
(2) Financial Data: Tax Office, Tax Number, and Company Address information for the invoice to be issued in the name of the reseller.

2. Technical Information Collected from End Users (Software Users):

When OPanel software is installed on a server, the actual identity of the End User (Name-Surname, Email, etc.) is not directly requested by us. Only the following technical data is automatically verified for the operation of the software:

(1) Server IP Address and License Key: The IP address is logged to query and verify the license status of the server where the software is installed.
(2) Server Version Analysis: The OPanel software version, PHP version, and operating system type (e.g., Ubuntu 24.04) are automatically detected for system optimizations and security patches.

3. How Do We Use Personal Data?

Providing licenses for resellers and managing the balance system.
Performing automatic license verification over server IP addresses.
Remotely delivering software security patches and updates.
Operating corporate finance/invoice processes for resellers.

II.How Do We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies?

A cookie is a unique text file stored by a web server on a computer or mobile device. Sometimes, we store cookies on your devices to improve experience, including seamless usage scenarios:

YouTube Full Access Authority: Required for video upload and live broadcast integrations.
Drive Access and Full Authority: Required for listing cloud backup files and transferring backups to Drive.

We keep data collection operations at the minimum level required by the nature of the service offered.

Our emergency response team is kept ready for possible risk situations, and when a potential data event occurs, you are promptly informed via email or notifications within the framework of current laws.

You have rights to access, rectification, deletion, data portability, restriction of processing, and objection to processing. If you submit your requests through our official channels, they will be processed in accordance with the applicable laws after identity verification.

Withdrawal of Consent: You can change the scope of authorized data collection at any time or withdraw your previously given consent from within product settings.

Our products are for adults. If we notice that we have obtained personal information of children without the consent of their legal guardian, we will delete this information from our records completely as soon as possible.

The use of this application and the transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will be conducted fully in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
