Can I switch between plans whenever I want?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your license at any time. When upgrading, your remaining days are automatically calculated and deducted from the new plan's cost. No data loss occurs during the process.

What do the license limits cover?

Our licenses are issued per server, and the account limit specified in the plan name (for example, 1 account for Single or 50 accounts for Reseller) represents the maximum number of independent customer/hosting accounts you can create on that server. Domain additions remain unlimited within these limits.

What is the difference between VPS and Dedicated environments?

Our Single plan is specifically designed for virtual servers (VPS/VDS) and does not run on physical dedicated servers. Trial, Reseller, Business, Ultimate, and Datacenter licenses can operate with full functionality on both virtualized environments and fully independent physical server hardware.
